Motorola ACE1000 RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) - dedikert enhet for sikker overføring av telemetri og data over UHF/VHF.
ACE1000 er en trådløs SCADA enhet som kan bruker eksisterende Mototrbo eller Tetra infrastruktur for å koble enheter sammen eller strømming av sensor data til kontrollrom og kontrollromapplikasjoner. ACE1000 bruker MDLC protokoll for pålitelig datapakke levering over noder i nettverket.

The ACE1000 RTU is designed to withstand harsh conditions, unlike the average programmable logic controller (PLC), which is built for the factory floor. Temperature, altitude, and humidity are no match for the ACE1000, which meets IECEx/ ATEX - EXnA IIC T4 (Cat 3/Zone 2) rugged specifications.
