Konftel Upgrade Utility is a software that is developed by Konftel for upgrading the software on your conference phone. These upgrades will ensure that you get the most out of your Konftel conference phone.

Install Konftel Upgrade Utility
1. Download and run the installation file. You might have to run the installation program as administrator. Please uninstall previous versions of Upgrade Utility.
2. Follow the Konftel Upgrade Utility installation guide.
When the installation is finished, Konftel Upgrade Utility will be available from your Start menu and a shortcut will be placed on the desktop.

Upgrade your Konftel conference phone
1. Start Konftel Upgrade Utility and follow the guide.
You will be asked to select your Konftel model, to connect and restart it, and to choose upgrade method. The easiest method is to let Konftel Upgrade Utility automatically download and install the latest software.
2. When finished: Exit Konftel Upgrade Utility and re-start your Konftel.

Install Konftel Upgrade Utility

There are two alternative ways to update your Konftel 300IPx.
Alternative 1 – on-line: The easiest way to upgrade the Konftel 300IPx is via a computer connected to the same network. Log in to the Konftel 300IPx web interface as administrator. Via the Provisioning tab you can check for the most recent version and then automatically install it.
Alternative 2 – off-line: It is also possible to download the latest version from this page and then install the file via the Konftel 300IPx web interface or using a SD card. This could be useful if you have restrictions regarding web access or have a conference phone not installed and connected to the Internet. Follow the description given in “Installation and Administration of Konftel 300IPx”.

1. Log in to the web interface of the IP DECT 10.
   (You can find the IP address in MENU > STATUS of the Konftel 300Wx)
2. Click on “Firmware Update” and enter the following values:
   Firmware update server address = http://upgrade.konftel.com
   Firmware path = /Download/konftel_ip_dect_10
   Required version = eg. 355 for version 3.55
   Required branch = eg 13 for branch 13 (required only if version is same as on IP DECT 10)
   
   
3. Click on “Save/Start update” to proceed with the upgrade.
4. After around 60 seconds the LED on the IP DECT 10 will flash red during upgrade and turn green when done.
5. Log in to IP DECT 10 and check firmware version on status page.
