Management and Configuration

  • Web-based management (GUI): This is the most common way to configure managed switches. You can access the management interface by connecting a computer to the switch and navigating to its IP address in a web browser.

  • Command Line Interface (CLI): For advanced users, a CLI can be accessed via Telnet or SSH, providing greater control and automation options.

  • SNMP: The switch supports the Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP), which allows for network monitoring and management through network management systems 

• Console Port: The switch also features an RJ45 console port, which is used for initial setup and troubleshooting via a direct connection.
