xceptionally Robust – Entel’s development team recognises that durability and reliability go hand-in-hand. Housed in an ultra-compact enclosure with a low thermal footprint, the DR482 is built to perform in the toughest environments. It has been tested for thermal shock, vibration, impact shock, solar radiation, and ingress. Combined with Entel’s rigorous life-cycle testing programme, users can expect many years of trouble-free operation, even under the most demanding conditions.
Built in Power Supply – The repeater is supplied with a built in AC Mains power supply capable of charging a 12V backup battery.
Built in Protection – The DR482 is protected against antenna faults, over temperature, interfering signal, AC mains and DC supply voltage fluctuations.
Three Mounting Options – DR482 can be desk, 19” rack (two repeaters fit side-by-side on a 3U rack tray) or wall mounted (using the optional wall mounting kit).
Simple End-User Programming – Our unique and simple-to-use Windows® app means there is no longer any need to return a repeater to your dealer to reprogram or update it. With the user-friendly app, you can simply transfer the programming data sent to you by your Entel dealer, apply software updates or add new features to your Entel DR482 repeater yourself.
Three Power Supply Modes – The DR482 repeater can be powered in three different modes:
• AC Mains only
• 12V DC only
• AC Mains with Battery Backup
Optional Internal Duplexer – The DR482 repeater can be supplied either with separate Tx and Rx connectors for 2-antenna working or an external duplexer, or with an internal duplexer for single antenna working.
Mixed Mode Operation – To support legacy analogue radios, the repeater can be configured to automatically switch between DMR Digital and Analogue modes.
